In the spy who shot me on levels where you can get a checkpoint, you can make the game give you a time as if you were starting the run from that checkpoint. To do it just get the checkpoint then get killed by an enemy and then retry and it will put you at the checkpoint witch can be quite far into the level but will also reset the in game timer and you also get full health and keep your grenades. This could be a problem on levels like docks were the last checkpoint is right before the end. With this, you could complete docks or other levels in seconds then post a run with only an image of the compleated stage screen.

EDIT: I was able to complete docks with a final time of 4 seconds lol
