is there anyway to do ground takedown cancels without a controller?

How do I do a ground takedown cancel on keyboard? I tried a binding inside Userinput.ini which is Binded to 'C' but it doesn't work for me, IT will only work inside the wonder tower predator room, Anyone have any idea why this is? thanks
