IT'S TIED TO THE FRAME RATE!!!

the textbox adds 1 characters to the dialogue every frame. so if you have a high fps it adds a lot of characters fast weewoo. come on it's obvious...

we need it

i suggest it starts when the menu music stops as the scene is loaded then and the player can move and it ends when the ending video plays because thats easy to see
