(While I'm posting this, this does not mean I'm planning to make a run for this game that I love)

So for low-ends and some mid tier pc's, recording/streaming will cause some lag, so I'm just wondering (even if this type of topic was answered a while ago) will there be any effect on the submission of the run or recording if the resolution was, let's say 800x600, small compared to someone with a 1920x1080 because of performance, this was basically what i had to do so my twitch test streams didn't run like total a$

the title is straight forward im asking if you can post another speedrun (mainly faster) on the same category

Do speedrunning this game require the 100% needs as said in the "Guide" page or is that only for 100% runners?
