Since not a 1st place run, this shouldn't require video proof. The rules say, " Second and third place can use picture or video" so I have provided picture as proof?

It says I need video proof, but this run would only be in 5th so I don't actually need proof? For a 5th place run, picture proof is more than I even need.

Rules state: " Second and third place can use picture or video". Since this run is not a first place run, surely I do not need video proof?
