Hey all. I'm new to this. The game I run is 100% no major glitches. A successful run clocks in at about 9 hours. Is their a general rule of thumb for pausing a run for the inevitable potty break? I see no mention of pausing a game in the specific game's rules. Do I have to keep the timer running if I pause the game? I'm unsure of what is acceptable and I would hate to have a good run disqualified. Is there an over arching rule for pausing a Speedrun?

Hello people. I just signed up today. I have been learning to Speedrun 9 Sols. I use an X Box console so it looks like my runs will be glitchless for the most part.
