Hi, i've made a post that got locked https://www.speedrun.com/mcc/thread/lznob (Ban SpaceByte for self-validating runs), and i've been called a Hater, etc, just for sharing my point about this. I like watching speedruns of many games, but all this category (Minecraft classic) for me seems to be less of speedrunning and more of self-ego of saying "I'm the best at X in minecraft classic", because, this category was created just weeks ago, and all the runs are not interesting in any way. Just look at the categories:

• Reach Bedrock (1s) (autoclicker ftw)
• Place All BLocks (18s)
• Build limit (7s)
• Tree% (4s)
• Border% (3 frames, 0s)
• Etc...

I got a feeling that all alongside this minecraft classic category is ciclejerking, there is not real value on this runs, no spirit, just a lot of small and redundant run-categories. What is next? Loading%? Moving%?

Also, being honest with all of you, the other closed post i forgot to mention that the one mod that self-validated his own runs, also made the rules, but nothing of this matters for me if there is no point on the runs.

It's okay if you don't appreciate my opinion, and it is what i expect from all of you, but please reconsider all this runs categories, add something valuable, for example if the world is limited, you could do an All Tree% instead, that would take considerable time for the player to do, and it would be more dynamic that just luck and brute-skills.

Anyways, im not part of this community because i dont do runs on this, but please consider my point
