I started speedrunning Luigi's Mansion last week and was using an USB Loader for now. I would like to get on the leaderboard, but since USB loaders are banned I would like to know a few things:

1. Playing from SD Card is also banned I assume?
2. Can I burn the ISO on a Disc (DVD) or is that also banned? (No, I am not a pirate and have bought the game)
3. I have a European PAL Wii, can I play an original copy of the NTSC JP version without problems on it?
