So I see a lot of runners doing this thing where when they're crafting bread, they somehow craft the maximum amount while just swiping over. How do I do this?

So I'm a pretty amateur runner who can get times around 30 mins on really good seeds. What tactics should I invest in learning? I only know blaze bedding and bastion routing.

1. What recording software should I use that records my timer(NinjaSnail's Timer cuz I don't get livesplit) and my gameplay? I was using windows game bar and realized it didn't get my timer.
2. Do the runs have to be published to youtube to get verified? Thanks!
