As the title suggests, category extensions have just been added, and now we need some categories. Some that have been suggested so far are: 1 task, all long tasks/short tasks/common tasks, kill dummies (reporting not allowed), DLEKs map, and all tasks (ghost strats allowed).

I would like to open this thread to hear some more suggestions for categories that should be added.

Yes, it is allowed to use vents. It's just not allowed to use sabotages to win the game (example, reactor meltdown)

@HelloEmo there can be many reasons why we verify a later run first. First of all, if you submit twitch highlights, or runs from a website other than google drive or YouTube, we will verify those runs later because we have to download them to retime. Another reason is your video was bugged, which is another common reason. A third reason is there were multiple verifiers verifying runs at the same time, and in order for us not to verify the same runs, we start at different points in the run queue, which is most likely what happened.

Not sure what this map is, but if there is enough popularity, we could look into adding it for cat extensions.

Winning by sabotage is not killing the dummies, it is simply allowing a timer to run out, and locks in a time. We will clarify that in the category rules, but it does imply that you need to kill the dummies.

For the sake of retiming runs, it is quite difficult for the mod team to retime twitch runs due to the lack of tools available. Twitch vods/highlights require us to download the entire video and retime through video software, which is time consuming and backs up the rest of the run queue. We HIGHLY suggest not submitting runs through anything other than youtube and google drive for this reason, otherwise it will take longer for your runs to be verified due to this retiming process.

If you do not know how to upload a run from twitch to youtube, first link your youtube account to your twitch account. After this, click on the three dots next to the run, and select "Export." That's all you have to do to put a run on youtube.
