There's much more than just batman games, I'm not sure what exactly is on this site (I know at least Watchmen is on here, too lazy to search if the others are) but there's games ranging from watchmen to catwoman to aquaman to green lantern etc
It'd be better to contact one of the mods than saying that here in the general Speedrunning forums, but it is normal for things to take that long to be verified no matter how short
You could ask the mod how they would want it handled but I'd assume you put part 1 in the video section and then the rest in the description v what ROMaster2 said

Some games are lenient on whether or not there is video, as long as it isn't WR, others make it mandatory for video, also some games allow you to post a picture of the run finish time depending on what game it is, it all depends on the community and what their rules are
It's not uncommon for a run to be verified a week or more, you can also contact either one of the mods through one of their social media links to give a heads up
