In True Pacifist am I allowed to have Ralsei attack Baby Button instead of Susie so I can skip the text right outside of Seam's shop or no?

I've been running for while now and have been mashing instead of using C (because I consider it debug menu.) But after a few discussions on the DR reddit it appears like most people don't consider it part of the debug menu. So is Wrist Protector allowed or no for TPTR runs?
