Either when the screen goes black or you stop moving, because sometimes lag will cause the end poem to not show up immediately. You can only tell when you stop moving when retiming though, so use the in-game timer or stop your rta timer when the screen turns black

@googoopuffman No, you need to have cheats disabled on the world itself when you make the world, but when you open to lan turn on cheats for /time set 0. If you want to use an actual server you can go into the launcher and download a server for it through there.
