How do I know what the final koopa will do in 8-2? I have been just jumping on the block and just hoping he doesnt hit me. Is there any way to tell earlier on in the level to see what he will do?

You should probably move individual worlds to the IL page. And yeah, low% would be cool.

no, there are a lot of differences. For example, the warp zone in 4-2 only leads you to world 6. In a few of the levels, the levels are slightly different. Like in 4-1 there are a few extra gaps, and an extra parakoopa. So you should only submit to the VS. super mario bros. board.

Not really, you would have to beat the game, and get peace in wooded, then activate the moon rock.

This run honestly would not work very well, just because of certain moons.

For example, in Bowser's Kingdom, it is technically possible to get a moon in your first visit, using the infinite nut jump over 1000 times to get to the painting island. However, that is pretty much not humanly possible, so you would have to make some random rules about skipping moons like that.
