I don't have the right setup to record switch games on my laptop so, is it alright if I record my runs on mobile for the time being? It won't have a timer because I don't know how to add a time onto a YouTube recording and the audio might not be very good. Will the run still count and be submittable here or no?

Heya, I'm Shadowhiker, I am 17 years old, and I am from the USA, and I am very new to speedrunning games myself. I have been watching speedruns for about 5 years. at first, I thought it required godlike skill and memorization to even do one but, I did my first ever speedrun on April 19th, 2020 and it was on Super Mario Odyssey. My first ever run was a glitchless any% and I got a 2:09:56.0 but decreased my time to 2:01:29.1 on April 20th, and today got a record of 2:00:57.0! Hoping to get sub 2 hours soon and I hope I can get adapter cords and everything so I can stream to y'all's my speedruns! I am also at a severe disadvantage in speedrunning SMO though, because I play with a wired ProCon which does not have motion controls for shake or anything and my right joystick was broken from a fall so it drifts, making it very tricky for the mecha wiggler fight. Well, that's all from me. For now. Hope to be able to post some runs on here very soon for y'all's to see!
