I thought it was Alt+Enter, but FN F4 seems to work, no wonder I couldn't make it full screen.

Obviously this probably isn't the best to use for an official run, but it might see some use in casual or practice playthroughs.

The sensitivity of the John Hang-On is reduced due to the increased screen real estate for controls, I recommend increasing it to at least 1.25%

Main Features

• The aspect ratio is now 16:9 ( It is not stretched from 4:3 )
• You can fullscreen by using F11
• Holding shift and pressing escape will bring you back to the title screen.

Though I suppose it's not dissimilar to decreasing sensitivity, it does provide a larger range of control.

Because of the way the game is programmed a simple widescreen mod (see video) might unfairly increase the range of control as compared to other competitors. I am attempting to adjust it, but hang on seems determined to prevent me from doing so.

What is the general consensus on things such as this?
