For Console when starting with the Shoulders, you have to sell them. The game won't let you drop them.

I haven't tested the PC version or have played it since the first month of release but, from watching the PC runs on here, I feel that monsters have more HP in the console version of the game. I feel like I take longer to kill bosses than I've seen in the PC runs I've watched.

For console, if you start with any of the legendary things in your inventory like the Infernal Pauldrons, are they allowed? I assume the Blizzard Signet that starts in the stash isn't allowed because it's in the stash.
