The closest to sitting on a chair would be to crouch on a chair.
No, since yours is just shooting a waddle dee, with this category you could use any ability you want, plus yours starts from a new save file.
Could be a pretty funny category extension. I'd run it.
Even without the moderation problems, it's a bad run idea. It's basically the exact same as normal coliseum, there is no reason to add it as a run.
I don't think it would work, it's not going to be that much easier for beginners, because it's basically the same as a normal coliseum run. I just don't think there's any reason to add it.
Idk, doesn't feel like a great run. It would basically just be normal collisium.
You had great English, btw.
Sounds like a good run, other then the fact that you have to 100% it just to run it.
The shortest level would probably be one of the boss fights, I would think Gorimondo.
Yeah, I watched a bit of your video TurtleSpeed, there are a few route changes and it probably changes enough for a separate category, so just ignore what I said earlier.
The stair case skip is in the any% route, along with many other mouthful skips. Minimum mouthfuls is currently basically just any%.
Basically, my idea is that this speedrun could be getting the crash ability, and then using it in the middle of waddle dee town as fast as possible (right under the star).
Time would start when you pick your difficulty, and end right after the waddles dees have "died".
Just cause you get Hammer and Tornado early on doesn't make the run that much different, especially since fires better then tornado in speedruns, and hammer is basically useless unless your doing 100%. Its literally a slightly shorter any% with a few extra steps.
I've speedrun a few games before, but mostly games like the google snake game, my first speedrun of Kirby will be tomorrow, and it'll also be my first speedrun of a real game.
@StarWing there are lots of games with short demos that still have demo categories. The length of the game isn't really what matter in a speedrun, there are games on here like the google snake game, where the speedrun is something like 45 seconds.
The demo is actually a little different from the actual game, and there are demo categories in other games that have demos, so maybe just wait and see. You should just buy the game though, its definetly worth it.
But also a demo speedrun would still be cool for people who maybe CAN'T buy the game.
@floxy_dude I meant just Demo%, just beating the demo as fast as possible.
