Imo, this would be just yet another 1-2-run category no one's gonna take care of. Once more people get interested in running KSP's main categories, we could make the category extension for it where you can offer everything what's on your mind.

Not sure they are, because such runs probably will be treated as NG+. Mods should clarify it.

Hmm, i ran it and still do without any problems. You also can try getting the depot from Steam via this link (the manifest id is 3896064267566084742) if i'm missing something.
