Can the game be running for any% if i use Steve by yorself (solo, but 2 characters playing)?

In early game, you can abuse handbag event for some reason, like the jake_is_hi runner did it. The general question is HOW you pretend to do it? At my knowledge of the game, that's isn't possible without some modding the game (load-save buttons are undefined in usual too btw). Jake_is_hi didnt give any real answers to these questions in discord PM, so... Is supermoderator a cheater?

I noticed that some runs - for example, City at a high level of difficulty - have a time advantage because they use a level restart that does not have the long load that appears when loaded from scratch. I suggest adjusting the start of the run time either to the immediate beginning of the level, or adding to those runs that missed the load the time they missed. The solution can also be to reject all runs that do not use a clean level start.
