i mean, it is quite good and impressive for some, and you can speed up by maybe optimizing your movement and inventory management. (hotkeys, fast crafting, etc.)

I have to say, this should NOT be verified. I timed it wrong and it would've been a 2:57:xx if i just read the rules. I recorded a second run and it turns out to be a 2:59:733, being the same as this, but losing time on the Mansion entrance.
