Here's the race from my side

Jumping off to the side is faster than jumping over the railing when getting down from the roof on Thanks for the Tip.

This is an old strat found by Sprite. T-bone skips serving himself/Aiden during the drinking game. Theory is that it's caused by destroying stuff around T-bone (trash, fire hydrant, etc.) or it might just be random.

Edit: Sprite found a consistent way of doing it on patches 1.05 and newer. This involves pulling out the GL to shoot during the cutscene to make T-bone stand up. The driving route might matter also:

You can use a Jam Com on Defalt Condition to make the bouncer move instead of hacking his phone. A pistol can also be used to jog faster (be careful not to pull out any other weapon).

This shows reversing in the alley -> driving straight out of the alley early vs reversing out of the alley entirely during the section in Thanks for The Tip (A1M6). There's pretty much no difference between hitting the gas canister vs not hitting it (except for the risk of it exploding).

The new GL strat shows a spot to shoot both security chiefs optimally without needing to wait for one to walk to an explosion box. This probably could have been 1-2 secs faster if done optimally.

The first 1:45 shows the drive for the new GL strat and then it switches to a comparison. Slowing down before the bridge during the drive might be required to give you more time to profile from the heli. You may also need to time the profiling/positioning of the guy behind the fence so that he is in the correct spot in order to be hacked from the heli.

It might be because you kill Raul Lionzo. No need to do that because it's not necessarily faster

If you mean the door to the care package, it's because you might be running too fast past the trigger. You can run back and trigger it

Someone on our discord said they were able to skip the part with the cops on In Plain Sight by killing the fixer in the WKZ van the second the ctOS scan reached 100% (or maybe a little bit before) and the mission was over instantly, but no one was able to replicate it. Unfortunately it was not recorded. It might be frame perfect or something. There is no proof of this guy's strat except his word, so it could be a complete lie.

• The fixer was outside of the car when it happened. The tire of the van can be shot to force him out.
• The fixer was killed by being rammed with a vehicle (might not matter)
• Speculative: It went from being in combat to being out of combat so if the combat state gets switched off at exactly the right time, you skip being chased by the cops. This is hard to do consistently though because you might be in combat with the fixer.
• There was a bug that happened to Ouga when he ran the game where the part with the cops was skipped when he used a blackout close to 100%, but the mission softlocked. Might just be a coincidence or something related.

My comment was old. The 100% I talked about was All Operations and I actually run that now. It's the in-game 100%.

@andreii tried routing a little bit of 100% a while back and we decided that it should be something like this:
