Update: Well apparently you can redo the levels at any time on the Ninji Mode. However, that's change nothing about not being tracked on the site. Nintendo track the times anyway so there's no need for a leaderboard here.
I prefer to say that before anyone post a thread about it but we're not looking to track Ninji Speedruns here since they change every 7 days (so no permanent) and there's already a "leaderboard" integrated to it.
Quote from site rules:
"Most games are not looking to add moderators that are not well-known to the community."
And like Mchan said, there's no reason to add a moderator right now, especially the game don't have a lot of runs in the queue. And even that was the case you wouldn't be considered because you're pretty new on the community.
@Eliea I added https://www.speedrun.com/monster_hunter_world_iceborne_pc/ to the series and removed the other one.
I also pointed a Full Mod to delete this board: https://www.speedrun.com/mhwibpc/full_game because it's a duplicate board. Be careful next time when adding a sub game because the board was already here (without the Expansion/DLC type but we can also set a game type for a board if needs be.)
Since the DS version is different than the PS2/Wii version, the DS version of this game have now his own board: https://www.speedrun.com/coraline_ds/
To avoid confusion, I added "(PS2/Wii)" after the game name and I changed the URL. I've done it for the DS board as well.
The DS category can now be removed from that leaderboard.
Having a separate leaderboard for the DLCs is kind of pointless for now, especially the game isn't that active right now. I'd say to put the DLC categories as misc here or eventually on the Category Extension leaderboard.
However if DLC categories becomes a bit popular, it can be on a sub-game board but it will be up to the mods.
@_Smiley Done.
yeah, it is on the dx forum
There're already a category on the Category Extension sheet done by @Mchan338
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G7C8So7I3_Nd11MNhbE_8NHk8s6FO8sf1WB8DbJx4Rc/edit?usp=sharing
So your run will be listed there once Mchan will look at it
We recommend a series to have a least 3 potential games if you want a series to be considered to be added on the site.
If the series have more games but they're not on the site yet, submit them individually first as a game request before requesting the series.
@sushiw097 Done.
I updated the cover of this game becuase it looked pretty bad with the black background. Be careful next time when you want to upload game covers to make sure they look okay.
I only modified the following:
-
Game cover, it looked pretty bad so I uploaded a better one, feel free to change it if needs to be.
-
Updated release date, the release date was set on Sep. 30 and not Oct. 31.
Quote from site rules (rules you should normally read when you register on the site) :
"It is not a requirement for moderators to verify all runs every time they visit the site, we understand people have lives." And plus the site policy about verifying runs is 21 days after the submission date.
Actually I've few personals problems so I don't have that much motivation to verify stuff or even review game requests. So please be patient, Gix or Uvideo will probably be around soon about your submissions.
With that kind of behavior I doubt we'll consider you for the next tournament. Also you'll need a verified run with video on Any% to participate on the next tournament iirc (if they've one though).
wow. So many arbitrary categories peoples will probably never run.
Of course I'm not running this game so my opinion is just a dumb 3rd party opinion but I see this useless.
And normally a CE board should be maintained by an actual leaderboard moderator or by someone who is well known in the community (hosted on SRC or not) and not the reverse. You didn't even run the full game so why peoples should deal with you about that ?
