As some people have noticed there are some new minimal jumps records, which are slower and have equal or more jumps, than previous records.

This means they shouldn't be the first place runs.

How did they end up at the top?

This is due to inconsistent use of the igt. The category is meant to have the number of jumps as th igt. Where it would be converted to a time in seconds. The runs in question instead converted to milliseconds resulting in a lower value for the igt, thus leading them to be the first place runs.

With this forum post, I want to appeal to the mods to fix this mistake and all verifiers and moderators, to keep this in mind for future runs.

For any run, one essential part of the verification process is to check for the correct format and fix it, if it is not the case.

Here are some general tips for faster times:

1. Find a suitable strategy:

• Look at the record: There you can see a fast strategy

• Take a look at the other difficulties: Sometimes the Mega Brutal records can be broken with faster strategies form Brutal, Normal or sometimes even the Casual run.

• Keep in mind, that some strategies might take very long to succeed

2. Do multiple attempts to get a lucky:

• Reduce mistakes to a minimum

• Get Lucky with evolutions

3. ATP Boost or Metabolic Hijack?

• ATP Boost: Faster times, BUT higher difficulty for good runs

• Metabolic Hijack: More consistency and easier execution, in most cases slower

4. Have fun and practice:

• If you want to have faster times and improve, then you need to practice

• Having fun will lead to more time spent running a category

5. Do not let some records discourage you.

• There are some very fast and optimized runs, BUT you can still get records or even beat them

• Some people have spent countless hours on certain runs, the time spent is unknown most of the time

• Records which are set in a few tries, always come with practice and attempts on other occasions, which are not considered.

I am not very familiar with the pc versions.

After reviewing the footage, it will be judged if it is permitted.

If you can use three times speed, then it is definitely not allowed and should be submitted to the Plague Inc Evolved leaderboards.

Sub 1 is doable. Too lazy. The distance World Record has a sub 1.

We have some pending runs for a couple of months now. I apologize for the wait, but all of the runs should be verified or rejected by tomorrow.

As ypu might have noticed added a split for iOS and Android due to big discrepencies between them. This might affect further Categories, but as of now just Main Game. All the runs are on iOS now and will be transferred to the right section by the mods soon.

We don't need a game with more than 1.6k Categories and with category Extensions around 6.2k Categories.

Hurts to see, but it would have come to it donner or later.

Only counterarguments are that it shows how the level can be beaten and that a lot of WRs are lost. I couldn't find more arguments.

Just another obtain item run with an extra step. Their are iron helmets in some village chests.

Read other threads to see the answer no. Also don't use threads to recommend categories. If you want a death% leaderboard, then just make a sheet, where you collect the runs.

For iOS there is the possibility to use the Ghost abilty for a short time, also the waiting times between the Duels are shorter for iOS. This is a major disadvantage for Android players, which can only upgrade the speed of the Bikes.

It is not required to have a Timer, but you still need to time your run. It can be done by subtracting starting time from ending time.

Time it to the Millisecond and it will be verified earlier. I was too lazy to time all the time. Runs have been verified.

You will need multiple hours to grind enough coins. Also I am not the true first place anymore.
