It is possible to break this bomb block with jet although somewhat difficult, if done on the first try saves about 0. 6 of a second.
I mash A and B while holding down and the direction i want to go. This is most useful for the beginning of rotk and the room leading to computer virus in mww.
By doing a short hop off of the ledge in these two spots you can save 1 frame in the earlier RoMK room and 3 frames in the later room, note that you have to do the short hop that has 2 Jump inputs without a non jump input in between the two.
In Revenge of the King you can save time by instead of waiting to get a full charge on the ground with jet instead you can get a smaller charge and then finish getting the rest of the full charge as you fall.
in Dyna Blade you can save time by holding left during the full charge jet movement and when you finish pressing A and then B quickly and then using jet hover to destroy the bomb block
To consistently get a Wham Bam quick kill with hammer you can stand with Kirby's left foot aligned with the edge of the tile he is standing on and charging an up B when the health bar reaches this point
and then doing this movement
the last hit on Wham Bam will not be present in the arena were Wham Bam will have less health
In Great Cave Offensive by mashing A in water you area able to consistently get this chest before you jump high enough to get onto the platform saving some time
You can save time by doing a cannon skip here because the blocks can be broken with meta knight, and with good rng you can get 2 points from an enemy that will run into your sword swings
and you can save time by pausing and unpausing the game while on top of these blocks in dyna blade because it will cause them to break with no delay, although it can be tedious if you are also trying to get rid of a meta knight from a mega jump
By doing an Up+B with hammer Kirby's hitbox is shifted towards evil knight allowing you to damage evil knight and gain invincibility so that you can easy finish him with the spinning of the hammer throw and the actual hammer throw. Kirby has a 7 pixel wide space were he can stand to do the Up+B so you could stand either here

or any position inbetween. The only problem with the setup is if you happen to lose your ability from the damage you take.
just an interesting movement to note with wing, being able to keep your momentum from a dive when entering water.
Bad Rng with this strat could make it take a while to get cutter.
for the first plasma shot you don't have to fall as far as i did, you can grab the ladder after the shot without falling much. the slow mashing is due to playing on emulator. got the Echigo Candy treasure and the Screw Attack treasure out of order.
