Because so many people don't know and mods haven't really made it clear. You can use up to 95% world scale and use some height abuse but you still have to be 6'3. from my knowledge they haven't change this since the January 10th update I believe.

When I was mod we went over the idea a lot but ultimately decided not too because it is a real big pain to try to grind one act for wr on certain quests. Plus me and Speedysebas have a spreadsheet for the segemnts where we also have single segments there which are just that acts wr.

One of the bigger issues with this as well is if they deemed it illegal in glitchless then there would be no competition for any of the glitchless category’s. While if they keep it then there still is competition
