Most games go through the general game request form in the support hub. Games that are part of modded series go through the series mods. What games are you looking to request?
There isn’t currently a way to do that. The common workaround is to make a zero second run, with a description explaining the issue. You can see an example here:

SM64 rom hacks have a separate review process than other games. You don’t have to fill out the site’s request form. The last post here has instructions:

It’s not against the TOS to discuss how to dump a game from your cartridge to your PC. I just don’t know how to do it. I’m sure you can find a YouTube video with instructions.
