Getting three PBs on three consecutive runs
Four MINUTES and 54 SECONDS is the human limit. Needless to say, 4 hours and 54 minutes is not anywhere near that. However, all times require videos now, which is likely why your run isn't getting verified. (Or there isn't a mod that feels like watching the entirety of a near five hour run.)
First of all, I highly doubt that taping down the B button would be to your benefit at all, regardless of what level of play you are at. But to answer, taping down a button shouldn't classify a run as a TAS, but I don't know if it's legal or not. A mod will have to let us know.
Depends on the game, although I wouldn’t think that a few audio cuts that short in such a long run would cause it to be rejected. You could ask a mod if the audio cuts are fine or just submit the run and wait for the verdict.
Still technically a necro (racism only makes it worse) which was ironically posted directly below Cube’s reminder not to necro a thread. I know it’s sticky but that doesn’t justify it at all.
Someone probably necroed and deleted his post above warpedclip
The best thing to do is to get a capture card to send the game feed directly to your computer. If you can’t afford one, simply record the game with a phone or tablet and upload the footage to your computer after the session.
The way I do that jump is to slow down while under the blocks by letting go of right, and then tapping A and regrabbing right to clear the koopa, then do a full jump once you land to clear the goombas. It works pretty well and is somewhat lenient.
Yes, this has surfaced many times before, and it appears to be impossible with our current understanding of the game.
Ah. I assumed that the queue was linear. In that case this probably isn't worth implementing

I thought a feature like this on the pending actions tab would be nice so you could get an idea for how long it will be before your runs get verified. Basically next to the runs in verification there would be a column for where the run is in the game's queue. Should be pretty simple to add.
That doesn't change the fact that you resurfaced a thread that should have stayed in the archives
Please don't necro. This thread was resolved half a year ago.
The difference between RTA and TAS timing is 3.27 seconds, not 2.5-2.7 seconds. That’s what I’m trying to say.
Considering that you came here looking for advice I am appalled by how you have been acting in this thread. Plenty of advice has been offered to you, and basically all of it probably would help out a new player. Yet you treat those people as if they are trying to keep you from success when they are trying to bring you closer. Maybe you should try out some of the offered methods instead of rejecting them without consideration. Otherwise you’ll best be figuring out everything on your own, which is never good for a Speedrunner, especially a new one.
