i'm pretty sure only mods can make others mods, up until the current ones have been offline for a certain amount of time (3 months i think?)

i think we need more mods for this game, the current ones haven't been active in months and i've been submitting my runs over the past 2 weeks, none of which have been verified and i'm sure other garkar enthusiasts are in the same boat.

for the IL, Spooky Manor, cros107's 3DS in-game time is incorrectly listed as 1m 00s 730ms, when it should be 2m 00s 730ms, as listed in the real time.

i think all time trials and full-game categories should be separated by pc and 3ds

i couldn't get it to work on pc either
