I stand corrected. USB 3.0 capture cards is something I havent really used so I was making an assumption. Good to know for the future!

Should also be noted that USB HD capture cards have a delay which is impossible to remove due to the connection standard. If you really wanted to remove it you would have to purchase something like an Elgato HD60 Pro which is a PCI-E capture card and much more expensive that your average usb capture card.

I mean as long as Mixer has support for permanent VODs i dont see why not. I personally dont use mixer so i am not sure how that works, i would probably advise using YouTube to upload your runs

Well it completely depends on what you are capturing. Older stuff like Wii, PS2, gamecube etc can be captured with something like a GV2-USB which you can pick up for like $20 on amazon. Anything HD I would prob advise a used 1st gen Elgato Game Capture on ebay

Nobody really runs this game in comparison to Hot Pursuit 2010, mw2005 and carbon. So a lot of the ILs are empty. Feel free to fill them up ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Hey y'all.

I have gone ahead and added IGT to all currently submitted runs, the Final IGT is just the sum of all License tests added together. IGT will now be required in future submissions and will now the main timing method for the Drivers License category. The board and rules have been updated to reflect this change.

This was done in an effort to make both versions of the game viable to run due to the differing load times between the PC and Dreamcast versions of the game as the PC version has faster loads than the Dreamcast version which can be seen when comparing the runs of me and Nimputs for example.

I got in contact through Steam with the mod for Sega GT about being added as a mod and he said he would add me about a week and a half ago and i havent heard back from him since, I was unable to contact him through his listed contacts, only his steam account which i found through his YT. He has also been inactive from the site for 5 months which is why i got in contact with him in the first place as i have ran the game before. Is it possible to be added? - My contact with him through steam

It means you cannot use the exotics earned from Sloane and Asher during the run but if you already have those exotics you are given a rare item instead of an exotic which is allowed to be used
