I personally used Dxwnd to run the game in windowed mode then used monitor capture to record the game. Like you using game and window capture wouldn't work for me.

@theripper999 Well I use Silent Switches. So they are much quieter than reds and blues, and probably on par with membrane switches in terms of volume. So I'm sure you will not suffer an untimely demise via your coworkers (I kinda know the feeling. My Snowball picks up everything so I would have my friends at my throat if I got a louder switch)

I personally use an Xbox One Controller for some racing game runs I do, and kb/m for everything else (I use a SteelSeries Rival 300 and a Corsair K70 with Silent Switches)

In regards to Forced Redeploying, is there anywhere in which it is actually useful? I banned the use of Force Redeploying because i thought it was rather pointless. I would be willing to retract the rule if it turns out that it is actually rather useful in the run.

I also had subcategories for difficulties but removed them when Unh0ly submitted his run as i also thought it was rather pointless

Having an onscreen timer is not required. I would recommending checking start and end times to find your final time and I would say to just upload your run to YouTube and then submit via the Submit Run button

Correct me if I'm wrong. But couldn't you just mod your ps2 to be region free and just use a ntsc copy?

Are you trying to use Apex/Soapbox or offline?

I believe with Offline you can just jump right in after installing it.

I never noticed that the other runs used Thrash Mode was my problem lol. I (incorrectly) assumed that Skips run was also in Big Game mode.
