What I do is I do a dtilt to get the first target, because it let's me move faster in the air, then I get the top target and the left target on the big red platform. Next I full jump and do two forward airs(or a fair and an uair) to get the higher targets on the right. Then I do a jab to get the target inbetween the platforms. Get the middle target Get the target just below the big red platform Then I use another jab to get the target above the spring on the left Get the target between the pinball springs.
