Nice tutorial! If I understood correctly you need to unlock the modifiers you select before starting the level, so the runs you showcase are basically NewGame+, right? Have you tried doing a run without modifiers? I think it could be interesting. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the speedrun of this game develop.
Oh, by the way, the Discord link doesn't work, because it has a dot at the end, it only works if you copy/paste it and remove the dot, so maybe edit out the dot?
It's always funny/weird to me how Google Translate automatically translates "you" to the formal "vous" instead of the informal and more friendly "tu".
You have to check with the community of the game you're running. Some might accept it, some might not, it depends on the community.
Find the game you want to submit a run for via the search bar, select the category you did your run in and select "Submit Run".
I recommend speedrunning a game you enjoyed a lot casually.

Honest question because I really don't get it: why is it viewed so negatively to reactivate threads which are older than a year or more? People often say you should rather make a new thread than "necro" an old thread about the same topic. Why?
You need to discuss this with the speedrunning community of the game. Either ask in the sub forum of the game or in the Discord server if there is one.
It depends on the game. Each community has its own rules so you need to check the game rules or ask in the forum/Discord of the game you want to speedrun.
I'd recommend Bugsnax. The game is pretty adorable and the character cast is pretty diverse. Any% is 15 to 20 minutes with a bit of practice. No Major Skips takes 1h 20m to 2h.

I accidentally found a glitch where the quarantine didn't start and I could just walk out of the house without having to wait. I don't know what exactly triggered that glitch. I know for sure I didn't pick up all items in the supermarket and thought it might be linked to that. Also, the pile of toilet paper was not in the house. But trying to replicate the glitch was sadly without success. Maybe somebody else can find out more?
