I plan to get even more grenades during 'Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend'. They're laying on the metal walkway at the point where you trigger the three cars to pull up. Can't miss them. If you plan to use grenades during 'Liquidize The Assets', you'll want to route in DAGBF before it.
I've been crashing without use of the autosplitter, so I'm not sure if it had anything to do with those first few crashes. Livesplit has yet to crash again though.
Don't pick up the knife from Dardan, if you kill him from afar. This will give you just enough time to reach the end marker before Niko begins the dialogue that starts off with "A man in Europe...". If you hit the marker in the middle of dialogue, you'll have a lengthy loading screen.
Where should you get the knife? From Packie's attacker during "Luck Of The Irish". After jumping from the fire escape, run to where he died and you'll find a knife. This isn't wasting any time because you're going to want to wait for a call or text before starting the next mission.
Hold E while in a police vehicle, that has a police computer, to shoot while stationary in the vehicle.
Second van, 5x in a row with a strategy which has you getting the taxi to spawn as you see in the video, taking it to the police car, triggering the first van, and driving as fast as possible to the optimal second van, then slowing down so you'll stop in front of it. It seems like if you get to the second van in 19-21 seconds after regaining control from the first's cutscene, you'll always get the correct second van. It's possible this strategy will eventually fail, but 5x in a row, at multiple in game clock times, seems pretty consistent to me. For the final test, I waited a bit before pulling away from the first van and failed to get second van. It must have to do with the timing. I don't know what else to think at this point.
1st game crash: Occurred less than a second after receiving Michelle's text just before hitting the end marker during Bleed Out.
2nd game crash: Less than a second after the phone began ringing with the end of mission call to Dimitri for Crime and Punishment.
3rd game crash: During Waste Not Want Knot, at the top of the stairs just before making the turn to go into the room to pick up the bag.
Skipping DYHP's end cutscene + the text message then came in much earlier than usual.
After completing Hostile Negotiation, Roman's text thanking you for saving him is unlocked after 45 in-game minutes have passed.
Roman's call letting you know about the new penthouse in Algonquin is unlocked after 30 in-game minutes have passed after getting the text above.
Dimitri's call is unlocked after 30 in-game minutes have passed after getting the call from Roman about the penthouse. The call begins with, "Niko, it's Dimitri."

Climb onto the covered display. As you're climbing, prepare for the next registered input by holding your move forward key and spamming your jump key. Niko should immediately jump forward after finishing the climb. The moment you see him jump, let go of all keys. Don't press anything until he lands on both feet, then proceed.

I watched that part from your broadcast. You placed the marker too far north and also didn't change VD to 1. I don't know for sure if VD at 1 has any effect on the cop car, it's just what I do. I'm positive marker placement does have an effect. Compare this your attempt to my video and you'll see the difference. (it's at 1:31:40 in your broadcast from the 24th)
I've seemingly done the same exact thing as I do in the video and found the cab didn't spawn. I've never had it spawn with VD @ 1.
The explosive barrel issue might have to do with framerate. What's your FPS on that roof, during that mission, with your typical settings?
I've yet to have it not spawn in a run with this placement of the marker. The placement of the marker is key. As long as that cab has spawned when I look back, I'm going for it.
