ValhallaMorrowind is easy to speedrun. Just learn what you need to do to break the game, then do it at your own pace. A 3 minute run is out of the question though unless you work hard for it.

I typically tap along with the game's music on my buttons on downtime
I think Castlevania (NES) is a great example. Easy to learn, but then to get that low 11:3X you're looking at all the frame perfect stuff
You're a super mod for the game, and several other mods have been online within the day. Other than just deleting mods from the modlist I don't see a point.

I must have missed the option to set this game https://www.speedrun.com/cvsd as a fan game and modification. And apparently only a full mod can do such a thing. I'm in no hurry to get it changed, just whenever one of you guys get to it :)
