This idea started as an extension category suggestion: "All Dev Ghosts" ; but in the spirit of being as inclusive of as many skill levels as possible, and optimising the effort needed to verify runs, I come to you now with a more agreeable suggestion worthy of the main game's categories...

"All Time Trials" or "39 Tracks" is essentially the same as the All Time Trials category from OG CTR and is thus an essential category for the game.

General Rules

• Crop your submission video properly; the run should start shortly after it begins, and no other prior attempts should be included.
• Runs use the Real Time Attack (RTA) timing convention, meaning runs are timed using an external timer (such as LiveSplit) which can't be paused during the run aside from the pauses caused by the load remover.
• This board uses loadless timing, through means of a load removal tool for LiveSplit found here. All submissions must include both a loadless time and a time with loads. Additionally, proof of the time without loads (e.g. by having LiveSplit on the stream) must be provided.

Category Specific Rules

• Timing starts upon confirming your starting options (i.e. by selecting "READY!" in Nitro-Fueled modes) and ends upon crossing the finish line of the final track. A full run must complete a time trial of all 39 universally available tracks (PlayStation players should skip Retro Stadium).
• Using in-game cheats (apart from unlocking Penta Penguin) is banned.
• Use of multiple Engine Classes throughout the run is allowed.
• There is no appearance of podiums / podium rng since the run is conducted in Time Trial Mode.
• Runs have to conform with the most recent version of the game to be accepted on this leaderboard. This means your run cannot contain skips or techs that have been patched out and no longer work on the most recent version of the game. Runs submitted that include skips/techs that were doable at the time but were later patched out shall be moved to the Old Patch category.
