NG+ is considered a misc category, most games have them, when you're on the leaderboard on the top right there is an option that says "show misc categories" you'll find NG+ there

if NG+ scrolls IL category existed, then you would only need to go the the scroll and "pick up" the scroll's shadow or whatever
