(yes ignore me)
just git gud
Bruh I'm the one who retimed it :(. And most of us use Slush Puppy or manually retime which are accurate ways of retiming, it's just that the end timing was incorrect. And most runs are retimed correctly.
ok, thank you for bringing this up!
yes the player with the most MCC WRs is birj with 5, 2nd is markersquire with 3 WRs
Sharp decided that he doesn't want to mod this game anymore and gave it to Mega. Then when he joined the Discord server @bbomar1 left that server and Sharp suggested to remove him since the only way we can communicate with him is through src dms and he also wasn't giving Mega a chance so @bbomar1 was replaced with me.
@FireXPlays There will be 5, this run will consist of @Insert (me), @KaiWasTaken , @EpicCrossover , @birj and @Blueish
@KaiWasTaken can you link the run? Since we discussed this already and it isn't allowed
really sorry for the inconvenience but we have to reject runs that dont use youtube since we cant retime
The reason you were called a hater is because of the title of the thread. You claimed that a Supermod should be banned from speedrun.com for doing things that are allowed in the rules for speedrun.com and how you shared point came out as attacking SpaceByte.
I see your point that most categories are short, but what can we add? All Trees wouldn't work since worlds can generate with 0 trees so the WR would be 0.001 which is shorter than any category we have, it would also be a nightmare to verify since there could be a single tree left that's out of view. Minecraft Classic is really limited in what categories it can have, we can't have categories like Any% or 100%.
People don't brag about having a WR in Minecraft Classic since we have respect towards other runners.
The mod team listens to people's opinions since they might have a good point like what happened in this thread ( https://www.speedrun.com/mcc/thread/fu40i ). One of the closed threads you were talking about was an announcement since we decided to change the rules for that category and removed the 2-3 runs that were already submitted. Do you think mods are just added randomly, if so then the answers is no, we don't randomly make people moderators, since they could be bad at verifying runs or just be disrespectful to other people, that's why the rules for being a moderator are strict to prevent such a thing from happening.
Some people grind for 18 hours, if that's not putting your spirit into running a game then I don't know what is. I see your points but the game is very limited and your suggestions wouldn't help. I hope that at least answers most of your questions.
Best, Insert
