I don't know why you'd ask such a question though because sr.c is nowhere near PayPal and eBay in terms of the size of the company, and it's not like sr.c update their rules every week or so. All you have to do is read them once and you should be good for the rest of your journey on this website.

• they are an inappropiate and/or explicit word

There is no such condition. There have been accounts that overtook others that had dozens of posts but no submitted runs.

There have also been several names that have been claimed by users that were deleted from the database, with no traces left whatsoever.

I only know of 1 such name and that is TASvideos. If you try to look up the user @TASvideos you won't find a single profile with that name, however I got sent this screenshot a while back that confirms the creation of the account.

Yeah you can, if they got no runs submitted and haven't logged on to the site for at least 6 months. For invalid names, even if they meet both conditions you can't change your name to them though. But @anonymous is a perfectly legal name, it doesn't break any rules and it meets both conditions but you still cannot change your name to it.

I don't know exactly why but it seems like the user @anonymous was actually hard-coded by Pac such that you cannot change your name to it, despite it not breaking any rules. I'm pretty sure it's the only name in the database that's not invalid and yet you still can't change your name to.
