I recently took interest in analysing videos, and want to ask some questions directly to someone that is an expert on the subject.

Considering:
1- New world generation - The little graph should always start in a corner yes? Are there any exceptions? If a run starts with the world being generated in the center, is it considered to be a loaded world?
I saw this somewhere, and after I tested myself, its absolutely correct.
