I've been running The Arena (NOT The True Arena) for a few months now and have gotten my time down to 5:40 but I just can't seem to improve. Most attempts I make land around 5:50. I feel like there is something I'm just missing. Any suggestions of things I could try. Some bosses I struggle with are Main Cannon 2, and Lololo&Lalala. Also, is there any way to make Computer Virus and Reactor not take like 45 seconds each?

I recently started running the Arena (first time I've speed run anything btw). I'm wanting to get my time down further (PB is 6:33:49 atm) and it would of course be easier with optimal strats. So what is the most optimal way to fight each boss? Note that I'm talking about the Arena, NOT the True Arena.
