- Kings Fall 2-3 rejoin pause formally written into the category rules (This clause will not apply retroactively to past runs submitted) - "In order to use the above timer pause, players that participate in the transition to Golgoroth in any way (including DSM) are not permitted to rejoin the fireteam."

- Mechaneer's double proc temp banned until TFS (1 season buffer as usual)

More than happy to receive feedback and listen to constructive criticism, but overall it seems as if this is more of a shit post than creating productive conversation.
This mission you are referencing is timelocked at 4:15 and cannot be any quicker. The introduction of milliseconds to this leaderboard specifically will not change anything besides what FPS your recording is at which will determine your placement at that point.
We have milliseconds added to Lost Sectors which are very close to in times consistently from season to season and are quick in nature. This has been spoken about in the past to make this a universal change, but was deemed as not warranted based on average runs submitted to each leaderboard and the big difference between runs. A great of example of this is PIT which is linked here since it is a high volume of submissions with zero overlap.
Below is an example of the first lost sector I clicked on from this season showing the use of milliseconds and how/why we implemented it.
If that mission was not timelocked and was instead something that was based on skill and had a high volume of runs close together we would 100% introduce milliseconds.

- Envious 250/300% overflow and quick swapping are now RTA legal
- Equalization timings added to the site (Finalizing VOW but it will be reflected there soon)
- Artifact Mod bans picture has been added to the Game rules and will be updated seasonally
- Hypernet Current Solo has been split due to wardcliff on final boss being patched (Note: GM for solo is currently unavailable but when it is added back it will by default have a split due to this current solo change, SRC sucks for this kind of stuff)
