Yeah, you could have just resubmitted it as NG+ or asked before deleting your run.
IGT doesn't show miliseconds which in case of ILs is a problem in this game.
You can play with any config settings you want.

First 3 places have splits uploaded, so you can use those.
As you can see on the leaderboards, most people use RBDOOM3BFG, which is a source port of BFG Edition. However, this source port allows you to skip cutscenes, which official BFG Edition doesn't (unless it was updated recently), so "technically" it's a modded version.
I barely finished the PC version, so no thanks.

Depends on if this community accepts gameplay changes done via modern patches that are available to anyone via Steam. For example, Fallout 1 community accepts sfall mod distributed on Steam, which basically does the same thing.

We might end up with a situation where everyone will do runs for 30fps category only, simply because it's faster.
Just my 2 cents.
The IGT is still pretty broken, so we can only do the run without it.
Doesn't really matter if it's taken from a full-game run or not. Since Q3 doesn't show you the final time, there is no rounding.
Yeah, no reason to use real-time if the game has correct in-game timer built it (enable it with cg_drawtimer 1).
Well, there's not much competition so far, but when it gets full, we might need to do that.
