Franche-Comté, FranceHello, I can observe that having too much fps isn't ideal, since some item boosts give too much height, and some jumps seem harder (the item boost against electric barriers such as the last one in A1 in Any). So here are two questions :
- What is the ideal amount of FPS to have for Any% (required for all tricks to "work" consistently)?
- Is it possible to cap FPS using anything else than the performance settings? If not, what's the best solution to limit my FPS while keeping a stable amount?

Youtube is about to make a big update that might make a lot of runs on the leaderboards invalid. Any video that was uploaded before January 1st, 2017 and that is unlisted is going to become private What does that mean for us? Simply that if your run is hosted on youtube and was uploaded before 2017, it is going to become invalid. In order to avoid that (and we know that, sadly, not everyone will react), you can tell Youtube not to switch your old videos to private. How, you may ask? Just use this link : https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/older_unlisted_update It will take you to a site where you can input your channel ID and simply click on a button.

I think that the solution is as dumb as my problem : I reinstalled Portal on a new pc, livesplit aswell. I activated the autosplitter, but it won't start... i am using the source unpack, and i downloaded the empty livesplit file that you guys gave.
I just reinstalled Source unpack on my new laptop, and even with lowest quality settings, i keep freezing and having low fps. I don't even have OBS running. I tried going in windowed mode, and it was even worse. Some help would be highly appreciated :D
Hi, when i submitted my run some months ago, i saw that the moderators took a long time to validate it. Maybe that you guys haven't got much time for it, whatever. I would like you guys to add me as a moderator, so fture people wouldn't have this kind of problems... thanks.
