How come when I use the pie chart, it shows me there is a spawner, but when I go to where the pie chart led me, there is no fortress. Why is it?

I'm new to speedrunning and I heard these 2 mods. What is the difference between them? Is one better then the other? They seem the same to me.

Am I allowed to leave and rejoin a world to update the pie chart in rsg?
