Second, 10 seconds is saved based on what the announcer says for every question and dialog. Third, each version of the game would just be another game on SRC, as there's no need for extra categories. Fourth, how is there different loading times? Finally, who would take time to splice runs on a Twitch VOD? Sure, YouTube splices would be a thing, but basically every claim you're stating is making no sense at all.
I totally understand that you have a very important job on this site, and I respect that. You work so hard just to take care of garbage game requests(and yes, I know some games that are requested are garbage) and people need to realize that they’re not always going to get what they ask for. All of the work you put in is incredible and I completely understand that you need to deal with people who just keep trying to mess up the queue. Thank you for everything that you do to support people who use Src for the most important speed games(Resident Evil, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 64, Wii Sports, etc.)
And yeah, I’ll have to talk with some of my friends about submitting friend requests. Even if it takes 2 months or so, they need to be patient and just let life go as planned.
P.S.We all need to make sure that people can fully understand when requests are right and wrong. I just hate it when others take their 5 minutes of free time, and just waste all of your time rejecting those requests. Thank you for handling everything that needs to be handled.
P.P.S Game Requests do take a while, especially when I have requests pending. After my second game was pending, I was furious that nothing was happening. Now since I understand how Src actually works, it completely makes sense to me that we just need to handle garbage requests, and for the users, just keep calm and carry on. And thank you a lot for addressing this to me and other users on this site.
Before you start reading below, yes I know that game requests are a little backed up recently and people say I have to be patient with the game requests, but when it gets really backed up, I’m getting concerned as if my game will take 2 months to get to.
Some of my friends have had game requests go on for more than a month now and have had no motivation to run the game when it takes forever to be put on the leaderboard. Not that I hate the moderators, because I respect everything that I do, but I’m just worried that others might leave the site if the game they requested isn’t be verified in the 1-2 week timeframe.
This isn't about my game requests so I’m completely fine with mine taking a while. In particular, I’m worried about others getting their game done whenever it happens just so they can feel pleased with the SRC mods. But when it takes more than 1 and a half months to get a game verified, there must be something wrong and we should help out. I know I haven’t been particularly nice about this thread, and I know people are going to disagree with me on my opinions about this.
All I have to say is, I feel like I want to help out people who want to speedrun one of their favorite games and put it on a leaderboard for them to enjoy, but when you have to wait a long time for that to happen, you lose interest in that game, and probably don’t want to speedrun it. If we can get some updates on this, that would be great. Thank you.
Just a note, this is 100% normal. I’ve had games that were in verification for almost a month, and I respect why it took so long because everyone on the mod team was contributing to make the site better by deleting bots, adding requested marathons and moderation, and also by fixing and removing site bugs. All we have to learn is to be patient. It can take 2 months, it can even take a day. We just have to stay calm and keep moving forward by doing other runs of the game, or even trying a new game that is already on SRC. People just have to understand that it takes time for people to get their requests fulfilled. So when you submit a game next time, remember this: Even If it takes a century to be realized, it’ll be noticed eventually to be looked at.
Note: Regular mods will most likely be temporary. Super Mods will not.

I'm going to make this loud and clear. I'll still run this hack, but I would like to take a break for like a week or 2 because I'm not verifying anything. Alaska will be temporary mod for a bit, but when I come back, I'll make changes. I won't be back to verfiying runs until school's over. Be good, mods. I'm counting on you.
Also, further on what Cmdr said above, since the WSR super mod was also the Wii Series Mod and left, can you give super mod to Wipeoutjack for the Wii Series? You don’t have to if it isn’t necessary.
That's just how tough the grind is for Archery 2500. You see how long it is for Cycling, Canoeing, and even Frisbee Golf. It just takes time , skill, and a bit of RNG. Don't worry about being inconsistent. Just try to make progress towards your 2500 goal and eventually you'll get there.

Well to do 100%, you would probably have to start from NG so you can unlock everything as you go. You would have to beat all party games on master difficulty, play every minigame and house party game(could be optional if mods decide this to be a category). Pair games would be played as well(Match-Up and Friend Connection). Solo mode all difficulties, battle mode on master, mostly everything has to be 100% completed. I don’t see anyone running this anytime soon,
Well It's up to Scar to decide if he wants the category on SRC or no. If he says no, it will not become a category. I might be interested in running this though so we'll see.
Do you mean by 100%? That means completing all activities, unlocking all silver and gold keys, getting all photo locations, getting all chests and unlocking ever villa type? Are you sure you would want to attempt that?
That's just RNG but it could definitely be consideread and fully optimized.
You have to be patient with the moderators here. It’s a tough time and we’re only relying on surviving ourselves. Anyways with that aside, the mods of SRC would like you to be patient a bit more. They’re currently busy with their own lives fixing bots, adding requested marathons, fixing game moderation, etc. Just stay calm and everything will go as planned. Shouldn’t wait much longer than a month, so you can definitely be patient for a bit more.
Also I made more changes to the mods. I decided to remove Th3on and Der to make way for a different mod, EmoadNomad. But since I did that, I decided to remove myself from HFGN2 and HFGN4:TGs(but mods can add me back there if they’d like me back) and let Cyndi be the only mod from HFgN2 because I’m the only person who has that game as of right now. I just feel like a a lot of mods is unnecessary, like I don’t believe that I deserve to moderate any game in this series anymore. I just feel like I’m just nothing.
There’s literally no rule that displays that. That’s just you that made up that rule. P.S. we’re not adding milliseconds unless there’s a Tie for 1st. Then we can add milliseconds
Apologies for this note. I just get really vexed whenever someone adds milliseconds unless it’s specifically in the rules that I requires milliseconds(big games or WSR cycling, for example).
