Right now on the GTA Vice City leaderboard (https://www.speedrun.com/gtavc) we have two bugs currently, the first has been around for ages and Pac was made aware of it but never got around to fixing it. We cannot add .lss files to our splits resources (only zip or rar). The second is a new bug with the new layout, that makes us unable to change the region of the run (USA/JPN) once it has been verified. I click edit run as a super mod and change it, but it doesn't save the changes after it has been submitted.
Looks like the second one has been mentioned already in previous posts, but the first one seems to be leaderboard-specific.
It's happening upon triggering a replay, which is usually dependant on hardware.

As LOLMAN mentioned, this is exactly the same as another category that already exists. Also please read the rules before submitting categories, as your submission video breaks San Andreas' rules by playing at higher than 25 fps.
You were stood too close to the party when shooting. A good reference is standing next to the rear-end of the voodoo before shooting your homie to avoid spooking the party guests.
set your DEP setting to this and never change it again
Something else externally could be blocking the f5 input, such as another program. For example I use f9+f10 with livesplit, but that can sometimes cause issues too

no, it isn't. It's using the official version, no fonts were downloaded from the internet. The game isn't modified in any way. There is a clear difference here

Don't use flying as a reference for what you can and cannot do, he is banned from the GTA leaderboards due to several instances of cheating
There is an official Polish version of SA you can use. However modifying another version with custom polish subs is not allowed
