Your current replay in No SSU is the CP property, not a save icon. But regardless it wouldn't save any time
You don't have a clothes replay here in any category iirc. You'd lose more than a second making one
i mean obviously you're not allowed to do this type of stuff
Actually it's clearly stated in the rules that it is allowed.
"Any and all tactics used to achieve a higher/lower frame rate are allowed to be used prior to the run beginning, as well as during the run (hotkey toggling on/off the following: overclocking, underclocking, frame limiting, resource intensive processes (example: toggling on the recording feature in your streaming software, which will record at an extremely high quality, thus reducing your FPS for the duration of the recording), etc.), as long as the game's files are not modified in the process."
Problem is it's not that different from regular any%, pretty sure some testing was done in the discord and there are easy solutions to the hard mode mechanics
There's an option in twitch settings to store broadcasts. Those are deleted within a few weeks, but you can highlight them so they aren't deleted.
Copyrighted issues aren't directly a problem, but you'd have to find a place to upload your run as YouTube will block the video if it detects copyrighted material within the video. If the mods can't see it, they can't verify it
The rules are listed on the leaderboard page itself. just go to Any% NMS and click the button.
as for the video, you need the entire recording start to finish including sufficient video evidence for the mods to be able to verify that you didn't cheat in any way (this includes video tampering). This means if your video has a lot of lag or fps drops there's a good chance it will be rejected. You don't need a timer on screen, it isn't mandatory.
As for whether you should run, do whatever you want to. Nobody is going to be insulted by you running, the only issue with whether you can create a full 13h recording of your entire run start to finish with no cuts/stoppages and have it verifiable.
FLYING - For submitting several cheated PBs to the San Andreas Leaderboard, and then refusing to cooperate with the SA mods to clear himself of subsequent accusations.
Evidence - https://www.speedrun.com/gtasa/thread/ngehe
Husho - For using macros, custom cheats and splices to create illegitimate Vice City Any% runs.
Evidence -
NOTE - While this evidence may seem non-conclusive, Husho authenticated himself to be this user at the time via a pastebin but this has since been deleted.
This thread will be an archive of people who are banned from GTA game submissions.
As we do not ban people without evidence, such evidence will also be listed here for people to see for themselves.
Each incident will have an individual entry, and the bans are indefinite (not permanent) by default unless specified otherwise. Anyone is welcome to appeal their ban by contacting a moderator.
@Liv the issue is, the vote is to runners only, and as you have seen in other threads DarkViper has banned people and removed runs that were done years ago to discredit people so they won't be able to vote. What's the point in having a vote if a super mod can just pick and choose who gets to vote and ban anyone who isn't on his side?
I found out because I was messaged by others saying they were banned so I went to see for myself, but nice try. I don't give a shit about talking in your chat lmfao especially when all it's gonna be is you bitching about people who are better than you because they play offline. Go make some more patreon incentives before the repo guys come out take your sofa away.
Also sorry for the "dick comment", snowflake
"I knew you were not following me despite your trolling in my chat."
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I'm an egomaniac and even I wouldn't have written an entire paragraph kissing my own ass lmao
"If the video is gone, we can no longer peer review it. If something is illegitimate about the run that the verifier did not catch, we can never know, because the evidence is gone." Almost all of these videos were available for years, and were likely viewed by many runners. The chances of them being illegitimate is very close to zero.
"That way, we're not blindly trusting mods that the added scores are in fact legit." I've said this before, if you cannot trust mods because you think they might be "corrupt" then you shouldn't have them as mods in the first place. Yes they may not be a moderator anymore, but if you think the old mods like Josh are corrupt then idk.
If we continue to wipe any videos with no evidence whenever twitch decides to delete shit, soon we will be left with nothing.
""This is absolutely false, there is evidence because a moderator of the game verified it. There is no better evidence than a mod saying they watched the video and were happy with it being on the leaderboard."
Mods verified FLYINGs runs so I guess he's not cheating since there's appearently no better evidence. big lmao."
This is an insanely stupid comparison
