The SRcom forums consistently manage to attract the ideal examples of human intellectual capabilities, eh?
You're WAY better off going to TASvideos for help with TASing. A lot of people here aren't even particularly experienced at RTA speedrunning, let alone compiling a TAS.

Just name the game/moderators involved. If you have a serious case that is being brushed off by the relevant people, there's nothing wrong with laying the issue out in a public manner providing you've tried to get the issue addressed in a more private, civil manner.
More moderators in general need to wake up and realise that they can't just run their games arbitrarily in whatever manner they wish and expect to get away with it without anyone objecting.
Just a quick PSA to announce that in the Resources section, you can now find "Spades' Savestating Tool" by, well, Spades, which will allow you to 'savestate' on PC version. I say 'savestate' because it's not a bona fide savestate, but rather a tool that allows you to save the character's current position, and then teleport to that position. That's the basic thrust behind how it works, at least. You can also use this tool to generate as many lives as you need, so between being able to save/load state and use infinite lives, practicing is now more streamlined than ever.
I've included a preliminary Readme in the download, though it is a very simple tool to use. New versions may be released later with additional features, and I will update the download link when appropriate.
Welcome, I don't normally hijack threads or attempt to insert suggestions but since you specifically mentioned SNES games, you may consider running Sparkster at some point.

Actually having my times challenged may be the push I need to make another qualitative leap and make these times truly optimized.
Perhaps another way to approach this would be to widen the variety of ways that people can voluntarily opt out of appearing on the Streams page.
Currently, your stream will not appear if you have "[nosrl]" in the title, which a lot of people clearly can't be bothered with. I certainly can't.
Maybe it would be prudent to update the User Settings to include a field where you can define terms that will prevent your stream from appearing in the Streams page if your title contains those terms. "Casual" is the big one that comes to mind, since that's a term that many people employ in everyday use.
I'm partly responsible for people talking about this and I didn't really want to bring a lot of shit down on the SRcom mods, but I cannot help but question whether this is a wise precedent to set. I totally get wanting to curate the boards properly, I'm very invested in that for the games I moderate, but from the perspective of, you know, ANYONE who's not in the immediate community, this just looks like anyone can submit any stat they want, and it'll go up there. There's got to be a point where you just bite the bullet and say "This stat, in its current form, no longer belongs on a moderated leaderboard", in my opinion.
Alright, let me break this down.
"for what i think, my hub movement is pretty good, i mean like an 8/10."
First of all, lose this mentality. With your PB, there is no way you have 8/10 hub movement, and the sooner you realise how high the optimisation ceiling is in this game, the sooner you'll stop gimping your own ability to improve.
"about asking to maybe make a steam only category like they have Gamecube, XBLA, Ect"
- Don't run Steam version
- If version-exclusive boards haven't been implemented thus far, they're not going to happen in future. I'm not entirely happy with the state of the boards as they are either, but they are the way they are, and the optimal platform for running is known and accessible. As Gpro said, just ask around the community for a download.
"I found a glitch that skips aincient light and monkey destruction for red mountain"
No, you didn't. As Argick already pointed out, certain conditions must be met in this game before it will let you progress the storyline. Destroying the Kiki is REQUIRED for Red Mountain to load, and sewers are required to get Sonic's Ice Stone.
The route of the runs are set out the way they are because years of routing have shown them to be the fastest available. We all know this game's physics engine is broken and that you can clip into virtually anywhere you want. Unfortunately, most of the time it doesn't work.
Now, as for what to do about this situation, actually interact with the community. SRcom Forums are not the place to go for help, as the community already has its own central hub, found here: https://discord.gg/VqkNCEe
It's beyond me why this wasn't posted here already. Join the server if you haven't already (Pretty sure I've seen you in there, but again can't remember you actually talking to anyone) and get the help you need from actual runners.
Jesus Christ this thread is a mess.
I'll help address this in an hour or so when I'm home.
In addition to the concerns I've brought up about moderation and verification, I think it would be a good idea if "Automatically verify run" was unticked by default in the verification page. It's too easy for a moderator to accidentally leave this ticked when submitting a run, and self-verification should NOT be the default position. I've accidentally done this a few times, and immediately re-submit the run for verification.
Feel free to plug your own game, it's been done before here and we don't mind at all.
^ I hope I'm misinterpreting what you said, because random cycles are HORRIBLE for speedgames. They create a game where different runners are not playing on an even field, and getting the fastest time is more dependent on number of attempts than anything else.
Further to what Gyoo said, you don't get to just bypass the fucking procedure by saying "It would be faster to just mod me"
That would defeat the purpose of the procedure that's in place, wouldn't it? This site is ran by volunteers, not paid staff, and it's selfish to force extra work on them that is the result of you not taking the prescribed steps first.
Oh hey another game with shit mods
^ But he has been active on Twitter in the last week. Please read the OP before making requests.
How about you guys try to actually communicate? It sounds like both of you have specific ideas about how you want the board ran, both with some merit. Beardy already had a run of the game and wanted to be the moderator of the board before it was created, as I understand it. If he was changing stuff around without asking, is it possible that it was because that's how the boards SHOULD have been formatted?
This seems to be a caching issue, particularly if you leave your browser on long-term. Try force refreshing the whole thing.
BGB isn't even a legal emulator for Pokemon Red runs anymore. You should consult the moderators about this.
"Endgame levels don't work like that tho'. Even when you know the solution, you have to grind to exec it without choking and in rythm."
Mate, this game is, what, days old? Someone will get the game to that point with enough application. I'm not saying that's what the current state of the game is, I'm saying it's what the logical conclusion WILL be.
Case in point:
I believe the best time for stage 1 is 0.31, and for stage 2 it's 0.72
