I don't know if this is already known or not, it's probably useless anyway. I just thought I should post here for documentation.

When you're in Helgen during the Unbound quest (after you gain control) you can fast travel to outside Helgen's gates by using the journal. Obviously you can't interact with anything anyway because your hands are bound so, as I said, probably useless.

Spanish used to make the cutscene on the mountain faster, but since all the dialog in it can now be skipped it's no longer relevant.

Try 3d analyze for windowed mode.

So the current strat for killing Leo the Chef is to jump off the PCJ just as you approach him to run him over, this shortens the cutscene that is normally longer if you don't kill him immediately. But if you jump off the bike slightly before you'd normally do, the cutscene will not even start. I think this saves about 2 secs or so. The disadvantage of this is that it's harder to get the right angle to make the bike run him over if you're further away.
